All of our Silver Jewelry is solid Sterling Silver. The international hallmark for Sterling Silver is 925. You will find all of our jewelry stamped 925. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver with the remaining 7.5% composed of copper, bronze & zinc. This is a worldwide industry standard. In addition to having our jewelry stamped 925, we also stamp our registered logo AGI to guarantee the purity of our silver.

Our computerized backorder system ensures priority is given to customers waiting for backordered items. Orders are filled first before merchandise is released to new orders. You can choose whether or not to allow backorders. If no preference is indicated, items totaling at least $40 will be automatically backordered. Backorders honor original coupons/discounts, are shipped as soon as available, and prices reflect market rates at the time of shipping. Shipping charges apply. If a backorder will take longer than 30 days, you will be notified and can decide to keep or cancel it.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your product or there is a discrepancy in quantity, you must file a claim within 14 days of the invoice date. Once approved, returns must be received within 30 days of filing the claim. Contact us at 303-980-1218 (or toll-free 800-447-4583) with your invoice number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your company name, address, items, RAN #, invoice #, and reason for return inside the package. A copy of the original invoice is helpful.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects (e.g., bad clasp, soldering joint, link). Damaged items will be repaired or exchanged at our discretion. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the invoice. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We are not liable for oxidation/tarnish or customer mishandling; oxidized returns will be valued at scrap silver.

Silver will eventually tarnish over time. Use the following non-toxic cleaning method with washing soda, aluminum foil, distilled water, a pan, blow dryer, and cloth/paper towel. Follow the rinsing and drying steps carefully to prevent re-oxidation. While over-the-counter cleaners cannot fully restore silver to brand-new luster, this method removes most oxidation.

Gold-plated silver is sterling silver (925) coated with 22K gold through electroplating. Plating thickness is measured in mils or microns, with our gold plate at 20 mils. Some gold-plated jewelry is in-stock, while most can be special ordered (minimum quantities apply).

We typically ship all orders within 72 hours via UPS Ground. During holidays, delivery may be delayed—please call for estimates. Rush orders are accommodated when possible. With one of the largest inventories in the industry, we can fulfill about 80% of orders within 72 hours; out-of-stock items may be backordered. Pre-planning 4–5 weeks in advance is recommended to receive all items in one shipment by your target date.

This non-toxic, hypoallergenic plating extends the shelf life of silver jewelry for merchants. It helps keep the silver clean longer (2–3 times), but does not prevent eventual tarnish.

Multi-color silver is made by electroplating different shades of gold over sterling silver (925). Different shades are achieved by alloying with copper, bronze, and other metals.

Azur sources fine sterling silver from trusted manufacturers worldwide. Most chains are imported from Italy, some from India. Natural stone pendants and diamond-cut charms are made in the U.S., while cubic zirconium pendants are imported from China.

Mark-ups in the jewelry industry are called Keystone (100%) or Keys (greater than 100%). Suggested mark-ups based on cost:

• Under $1.50: 5 keys

• Under $10: 3.5–4 keys

• Under $25: 3 keys

• Under $50: 2.5 keys

• Over $50: 2 keys
