Buying by Piece vs. Weight Minimums
Miminum Orders:
- Domestic Orders (By Piece): $60
- Domestic Orders (By Weight): $75–$1000, depending on buying volume
- Credit Accounts: $350 minimum
- International Orders: $350 minimum
First orders may have a slightly higher minimum, noted at registration. Azur reserves the right to update minimum order amounts.
Discounts
Standard Discounts
- 10% Discount: For piece-priced orders of $200 or more, you will receive an automatic 10%* discount. (Internal code: UK)
- 20% Discount: For piece-priced orders of $500 or more, you will receive an automatic 20%* discount. (Internal code: UK)
- Additional 10% Discount: For weight-priced buyers assigned the “1K” price level, orders over $250 qualify for an automatic 10%* discount.
Additional Discounts
Buyers who purchase more than $3,000 per year may qualify for further discounts. New registrants will be prompted to choose pricing by piece/pair or by weight. If selecting weight, the system will ask three questions to evaluate buying power and determine an appropriate discount. Existing registered buyers who wish to be evaluated for additional discounts should contact our office.
Note: Other weight-based price levels do not receive further automatic discounts; instead, discounts are already built into their pricing structure based on volume purchases.
*Not all items are discounted, but all items count toward your total purchase. Excluded items include Sale items, Close-Outs, and sales aids (e.g., displays).
Pricing by Weight (Gram)
How to Select This Option:
- During Registration: If you have not yet registered, you will be given the option to choose pricing by gram. If you select this method, the system will prompt you to answer three questions to help evaluate your discount. Please follow the process to ensure your discount is applied.
- After Registration: If you are already registered and wish to switch to pricing by weight, please call our office. Our team will assist you with updating your account and ensuring your discount is applied correctly.
International Orders
All international orders have a minimum of $350 and must be paid in U.S. dollars via Verified International PayPal.
For shipping, we highly recommend using UPS—either Express or Expedited service. UPS will act as your customs broker, handling all documentation required to clear your shipment efficiently. This service not only saves you the typical customs broker fee (US$100–$150) but also ensures faster, smoother delivery through UPS’s established relationships with local agencies.
Shipping Couriers
For all domestic shipments—except those to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories—we recommend UPS for its reliability and fast resolution of claims. If you are shipping to one of these locations or prefer to use a different courier, please select “Other” at checkout. You can provide your preferred shipping method in the special instruction box.
UPS shipping costs are estimated using our website’s UPS tables; the final cost will be calculated based on the weight of your completed order. If you prefer, arrangements can also be made to use your own shipping account.
